It’s not often that you’ll find Hollywood producer Jennifer Klein (Pearl Harbor, Armageddon), seen here with her business partner/screenwriter, Sheldon Turner (Up in the Air) in relaxation mode. Having just hosted her annual girls-only Day of Indulgence party this past Sunday at her home in L.A. (her 14th one!), where the likes of Hailee Steinfeld, Christina Hendricks and Jennifer Lawrence were shopping, snacking and heading home with a suitcase full of some pretty sweet swag (Fekkai PrX products included), she’s already onto a long list of next projects.
We caught up with the master multi-tasker and loyal Fekkai fan during one of her regular visits to her hair guy, Elie Camoro. Here, she talks about bad hair-day strategy and the only time she turns off.
How long have you been seeing Elie? I’ve been a loyal Fekkai customer for ten years and Elie’s been doing my hair for the last nine.
What do you adore most about him? He is always calm and is insanely talented.
Best tip you’ve picked up from him? How to handle my hair in different climates.
Best hair investment? A great cut is a must.
Bad hair-day strategy? A ponytail.
Are you relaxing or working while in his chair? Working! Ask Elie!
Do you ever turn off? Yes, massage does that for me.
Other beauty indulgence? Facials. They are a necessity in our busy, always-on world.
